“Sip and Shop” with Crafters at Watermark 920
BY LAUREL SASS, GENERAL MANAGER, WATERMARK 920
February 10, 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Sip and Shop will bring together local crafters and vendors to sell hand made items and more at Watermark 920, 920 Washington Ave., downtown Muskegon.
A full cash bar with Mimosas and more will keep the day festive as shoppers browse booths, just in time for Valentine’s Day.
Below, we introduce just a few of the artists showing their wares at Sip and Shop.
Lou Switzer’s Inviting Vintage will be at Sip and Shop with an array of unique and one of a kind jewelry created from vintage and retro pieces and components.
Pieces are “styled with love and care by me,” wrote Lou.
More of Lou’s work can be seen here on Facebook.
Sara Melessky will be here representing Usborne Books, exciting and engaging educational books for children from newborns through adulthood. Bright, colorful, and fun titles cover a wide variety of subjects.
“Reading is the baseline for all levels of education and skills. It’s so important for children to read and love to read,” wrote Sara. “I started with some cloth books for my baby daughter — fun, brightly-colored books with beads on them. These books doubled as rattles and were easy for me to throw in with the laundry to wash them. Now, she loves the graphics and stories of the board and noise books.”
Sara talks more about Usborne Books here on Facebook.
Megan Hanks from Life Expressions Decor will offer personalized vinyl lettering and wood signs.
“We offer a variety of customizable signs and vinyl phrases for your home,” wrote Megan. Her products can be used as a wedding gift, something for a new baby, holiday décor or a fun block set for every day.

Rhonda Olson will represent LuLaRoe at Sip and Shop. LuLaRoe is made in the USA clothing that is comfortable, affordable and available for any body type.
“LuLaRoe is a fashion brand that specializes in women's skirts, dresses, tops and leggings,” wrote Rhonda.
